  9. Purpose
  10. -------

  12. Workbench front end for PFS2's repair program
  13. called DiskValid. Supports all current options
  14. available.
  15.  
  16. Installation
  17. ------------
  18.  
  19. Drag and drop, the program into the directory
  20. of your choice. Please note, that the DiskValid
  21. program must be either in the same directory
  22. or in the command path. Preferred location is
  23. in PFS2/Tools.

  25. Usage
  26. -----
  27.  
  28. Disk    - Name of the disk to analyse or fix.
  29.           Defaults to DH0:
  30.  
  31. Verbose - Displays names of all files being analysed,
  32.           can be quite long but gives more details.
  33.  
  34. Fix     - Repairs any fixable errors found on the
  35.           PFS2 volume
  36.  
  37. Analyse - Displays statistics and info about a volume
  38.  
  39. TD64    - Required for large partitions >4Gb but
  40.           doesn't support direct scsi.
  41.  
  42. Start Check - Click this to start the DiskValid program
  43.  
  44. Cancel  - Quits out of the program (as does the close 
  45.           gadget)
